TROUBLESHOOTING
Problems mentioned below are just for reference. If any failure occurs, please stop using immediately and contact
a professional technician to check and repair. Safety first! Please cut off the electric and gas source before
maintenance.

The pilot burner cannot
be lit
The pressure of the gas conduit is too low.
Regulate the pressure relief valve.
The pilot nozzle is blocked.
Clean the nozzle of the pilot.
The gas valve is malfunctioning.
Replace the gas pilot control valve.
The pilot is on but the
main burners cannot be
ignited
The pressure of the gas conduit is too low.
Regulate the gas relief valve.
The main burner nozzle is blocked.
Clean the main burner nozzle.
The gas valve is malfunctioning.
Replace the gas control valve.
There is a sound when cut
off the gas source
The nozzle orifice diameter does not
match with the gas source.
Regulate the nozzle diameter.
The gas source pressure is on the low side.
Regulate the gas relief valve or communicate
with gas supply department.
The inflow of the connecting pipe is too
low.
Increase the allowable inflow volume.
There is yellow flame and
black smoke
The nozzle diameter does not match with
the gas source.
Regulate the nozzle diameter.
The gas cannister is almost empty.
Change the gas source.
The gas composition is fluctuating during
gas peak.
Regulate the inflow volume to a relative smaller
position, and adjust it back to normal when the
gas peak is over.
Not enough air through damper.
Turn the damper up.
