Switching on and off

Switch positions 1 (Fig. 1)

Put plug in socket outlet

>0<

>I<

=  Dust  extractor  switched  on  without

vibration function

>IR<  =  Dust  extractor  switched  on  with

automatic vibration function

>AR<  =  Dust  extractor  on  standby  with

automatic vibration function
Only  when  the  tool  is  switched  on  will
the

dust

extractor

switch

on

automatically.
After  switching  off  the  tool,  the  dust
extractor will run on for approx. 10 sec.;
this is to prevent any residual amounts

remaining in the hose.

Set dust extractor to switch position >0<.

Pull power plug when finished.

For storage purposes, fix the suction tube on the
container  backplate  by  inserting  it  in  the

accessory depot*.

The hose ends can be stuck together to prevent

any dirt particles from escaping.

Preselection switch for minimum
volume flow signal (horn and
light) on dust extractors class
“M”.

In    mode  >AR<  and  >IR,  the  following  setting  is
made, depending on the hose diameter:

Hose inside diameter

Flow rate

Ø 49 mm

70 m³/h

Ø 35 mm

70 m³/h

Ø 27 mm

40 m³/h

Ø 21 mm

20 m³/h

For  options  Ø  27  mm  and  Ø  21  mm,  the  speed  is
reduced.

The dust extractor S 35 M is equipped with an electric
suction  force  regulator.  The  turning  knob  2  can  be

used to adapt the suction power to the material to be

vacuumed.

Put  power  plug  of  the  dust  extractor  into  the
socket outlet.

Place  switch  for  normal  mode  without  vibration
function  to  "I",  for  normal  mode  with  vibration

function to "IR" or for standby mode to "AR".

Dust extractor is ready for extraction.

After extraction, put switch to "O".

Dust extractor is switched off

Pull  power  plug  of  the  dust  extractor  from  the
socket outlet.

Clear away mains cable.

Remove electric tool.

The  socket  outlet  4  is intended  for  connection  of  an
electric tool (IR/AR mode).

To avoid excessive start-up peaks, the dust extractor
is equipped with a starting current limit (soft start).

5.1.1

Permanent filter cleaning

The dust extractor is equipped with an electro-magnet
filter  cleaning  system,  that  can  be  used  to  shake
adhering  dust  off  the  folded  filter  cartridges.  The
folded  filter  cartridges  are  cleaned  alternatively  in

succession so that continuous working is guaranteed.

Constant  fill  level  monitoring  of  the  filters  by
differential  pressure  measurement  for  absolutely
accurate  need-controlled  filter  cleaning  during

operation.

This  guarantees  a  constantly  high  air  flow  during

operation, even for critical types of dust.
