1. Removing the Factory Windshield
B. Remove the plastic cage by taking out the two
screws holding the rear of the cage on (using a
5mm Allen wrench) and the two holding the front
of the cage on use a 4mm Allen wrench). See white
arrows in the photo below. Pull these screws out on
both sides and the cage lifts right off.
A. Remove the four screws that attach the windshield
to the plastic mounting cage (photo below). Use a 4mm
Allen (hex) wrench. You will not be needing those
screws or the cage.
