The machine is designed only for outdoor use. Avoid using the machine in outdoor areas with a
high probability of exhaust fumes.
The machine must be used by only one person at a time.
Never insert your hands in the entry chute until the machine has been stopped and the blades
have stopped rotating.
The pieces of wood that might have got stuck transversally must only be removed when the
machine has been stopped and the blades have stopped rotating.
Transport of the machine should be carried out by two persons to avoid possible injuries.
Two blades opposite on a rotor and another counter blade on the chassis.
6.4.2.
STARTING
THE
ENGINE
Before starting engine make sure check the engine oil and fuel tank.
1.
Turn the fuel lever to the ON position (Pic. 11) (11.1).
2.
Set the choke lever to the ON position (Pic. 12) (12.1).
3.
Turn the engine ON/OFF switch to the ON position (Pic.13) (13.1).

Hold down the engine firmly with one hand on the frame. With the other hand grip the
recoil starter cord handle and pull slowly until resistance is felt indicating that the recoil
starter is engaged. When resistance is felt pull the cord sharply (Pic.14). Continue this
procedure until the engine starts.
5.
Then the engine has been successfully started and is running smoothly return the choke
lever to the OFF position (Pic. 15) (15.1).
6.
When the engine is running, the speed can be adjusted by moving the throttle control
lever (Pic.16) (16.1) to the high ( indicated by a hare), medium or low position (indicated
by a tortoise).
