Maddog™ Portable Mixing System Owner’s Manual

Introduction

Congratulations on your purchase of a

Maddog

TM

Mixer - the world’s best portable

cement mixing system - designed specifically for mixing various types of aggregate by
the construction professional!

The

Maddog

TM

portable mixing system comprises a unique, portable hand-held cement

mixer that integrates with a specialized tub and can thoroughly mix cement, grout, stucco
and mortar quickly and easily at virtually any job site. The

Maddog

TM

mixing system is

available in both a gas-powered and electric-powered models.

The

Maddog

TM

portable mixing system

offers a complete portable “mixing system”

(MPMS) that combines the portability and performance of a hand-held aggregate mixer
and a specially designed mixing tub that acts as a convenient carrying case. The entire
system weighs less than 40 pounds and can fit in the bed of a truck, or the trunk or back
seat of most sedans. The tub’s design allows for precise batch mixing of all types of
bagged aggregate and specialty materials commonly found in the construction trades.
Consistent blending of materials is achieved through the interaction of the unique mixing
blades and the shape of the interior of the mixing tub.

The

Maddog

TM

portable mixing system

has the ability to adapt to the size of the mixing

job through either the rapid replenishment of mix in the tub, or the utilization of
additional tubs, such that one tub is being poured while the additional tub is being mixed.
The ability to more precisely match the amount mixed with the demands of the job
enables

Maddog

TM

portable mixing system to provide an immediate cost reduction and

labor savings to the end user. Extensive marketing and field research has shown that the

Maddog

TM

portable mixing system fills an important niche between two existing mixing

technologies: the inexpensive, but very unproductive paddle mixers and the far more
expensive traditional tow-behind drum mixers that most contractors detest.

The

Maddog

TM

portable mixing system provides a truly simple, but unique design

concept that will absolutely revolutionize the cement mixing world.
