After double-clicking the installed

TCP/IP

protocol, the TCP/IP

properties window appears. To let the computer’s TCP/IP
values be automatically assigned by the XRouter Pro’s DHCP
server:

a. Click the IP Address tab from the TCP/IP properties window.

b. Select the item

Obtain IP address automatically

. The

XRouter Pro automatically assigns values for the computer’s
Gateway, DNS Configuration, and IP Address.

6. After specifying the settings of TCP/IP click

OK

and then

restart

Windows to allow the settings to take effect.
