Recommended Lubricants
Keep your machine operating at top ef
fi
ciency by using only clean lubricants and by ensuring the following:
• Use clean containers to handle all lubricants.
• Store lubricants in an area protected from dust, moisture, and other contaminants.
IMPORTANT:
Do NOT over
fi
ll the cutterbar when adding lubricant. Over
fi
lling could result in overheating and failure of
cutterbar components.

Torque Specifications
The following tables provide the correct torque values for various bolts, cap screws, and hydraulic
fi
ttings.
• Tighten all bolts to the torque values speci
fi
ed in the charts (unless otherwise noted throughout this manual).
• Replace hardware with the same strength and grade of bolt.
• Use the torque value tables as a guide and periodically check tightness of bolts.
• Understand torque categories for bolts and cap screws by using their identifying head markings.
