Tools You Will Need
Phillips screwdriver
Putty knife and thin-blade
screwdriver
Masking tape
1/5" Socket and ratchet
Remove Freezer Door
1. Remove all food from the inner door liner.
2. Tape the door shut with masking tape.
3. Remove one screw and hinge cover on top of the freezer door
with a Phillips screwdriver.
4. Remove the 3 screws with a 1/5" socket and ratchet, then lift the
hinge straight up to free the hinge pin from the socket in the top
of the door.
5. Remove the tape and tilt the door away from the cabinet. Lift it
off the center hinge pin.
6. Remove the hole cover with a thin-blade screwdriver on the other
side of top hinge.
NOTE:
Do not misplace the washer located on the top side of the
center hinge pin. Set the door on a non-scratching surface with the
inside up.
