This function will read the UUID (Universal Unit IDentifier) out of global memory, and format 
the number into a string of the generic format of: 

 XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX 

The space for this string may be allocated using the global value from 

LXEAPI.h

, as follows: 

Char UUIDString[GUID_STRSIZE] 

This function returns 0 on error, or 1 on success. GetLastError() may be used to get a detailed 
error message.
