Warranty
We provide two years warranty for this product provided it has been purchased in a Praktiker
store in Greece. The warranty covers any proven manufacturing fault or material defect during
the warranty period, which starts from the date of purchase.
Damage resulting from improper handling or operation, incorrect positioning or storing, impro-
per connection or installation, by violence or other external influences, normal wear and tear as
well as damage caused by purchaser’s or any third party’s interventions which did not comply
with the instructions accompanying the product, are not covered by the warranty. We recom-
mend you read the enclosed instructions carefully because they contain important information.
Please keep your receipt as it is the only proof of purchase date.
We suggest:
1. If the product no longer operates as it should, please check first whether the cause is e.g.
wrong handling.
2. In case you want to use the terms of this guarantee or in case of damage, please contact
your retailer.
Please note that you will have to attach or bring with you the following documents:
– Proof of purchase (Receipt)
– Product Description / Type / Brand
– Description of the problem - as accurate as possible
In addition to the rights conferred by this warranty, the consumer has additionally in any case
all rights conveyed by consumer protection laws and regulations relating to the contract of sale.
