Mains socket has a shock-proof plug
4.1 Setting and testing the SafetyBox
►
Hang the SafetyBox with the mounting bracket at the
intended location.
►
Insert the leakage sensor into the socket on the right-hand
side of the housing (

Fig. 1, item 1).
►
Open the hinged window on the housing (
→
Fig. 1, item 2).
►
Use a screwdriver to set the upper switch to "Up" (
→
Fig. 2).
►
Use a screwdriver to set the lower switch to 100 kΩ
(
→
Fig. 2).
►
Connect the SafetyBox to the power supply using the power
supply cable (
→
Fig.1, item 3).
►
To test the leakage sensor, insert water drop by drop into
the inlet opening of the leakage sensor until the signal
device lights up and hums.
►
Close the hinged window on the housing and disconnect
the SafetyBox from the power supply again.
►
Dry the interior of the leakage sensor, e.g. with compressed
air.
