Using the radio and internal sounds
Use + or – to set the volume, and

to tune the radio or select one
of the internal sounds.
The bottom right icon shows which audio option is in use:

To select your audio option
Press the audio button to choose FM radio , internal sounds
or no audio .

to set the volume.

To play internal sounds
Bodyclock Shine 300 has an optional alarm beep plus 14 sleep and
wake sounds:
1 Beep, Tropical birds, 3 Blackbird, 4 Osprey, 5 Goats, 6 Guzheng,
7 Cafe, 8 Steam train, 9 Thunderstorm, 10 Waves, 11 Crickets at night,
1 Kitten purring, 13 Tree frogs, 14 Ping pong, 15 White noise.
Press the audio button until the icon next to it shows .
