MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
Maintenance
and Service
Before
any
work on the
Belt Sander
itself,
pull
the main
s plug.
General
inspection
Regularly
check that all the screws are tight as
they
may
vibrate and loosen over time.
Inspect t
he power cable(3) prior to each use for
damage or wear.
Repairs should only be carried out by an
qualified technician.
Keep your tool clean at all times. Dirt and dust
will cause
internal parts to wear quickly and
shorten the tool’s service life. Clean the body of
the tool with a soft brush or dry cloth.
We recommend using compressed air when
possible
to clean down the sander. This aids the
products longevity.
CAUTIO
N:
Never use caustic agents to
clean plastic parts. If dry cleaning is not
sufficient, using a mild detergent on a
damp
cloth
is recommended.
