Using the all purpose foot

2. Joining the pieces of the fabric

Place the two pieces of fabric with the right side together and sew

with the straight stitch.
Join the pieces of fabric with a seam allowance of 5mm.
Sew with the side of the presser foot aligned with the edge of the fabric.

- Wrong side (1)

Using the all purpose foot or satin stitch foot

3. Patchwork stitching

Place the two fabrics, right sides together and sew using a straight

stitch.
Open the seam allowance and press it flat.

Working on the right side of the fabric, place the center of the presser

foot on the seam line of the joined fabrics and stitch over the seam.
