Chapter 7. Diagnosis Function
7-2
(2) LAS
: The LED of station that distribute the Token to communicate is on.
The station that is turned on firstly among many stations has LAD, only on station can
have LAS in the one network.
- On: operates as link Active Scheduler (LAS)
- Off: operates as master (LM)
(3) TOKEN
: indicates that it has Token from LAS and is sending its data. In case there are many
stations in the network and data per station, it flickers slowly.
- On: indicates that it has Token
- Off: indicates that it doesn’t have Token.
(4) TX/RX
: indicates that it is sending/receiving the data.
- On: indicates that it is sending/receiving the data.
- Off: There is no Frame.
(5) FAULT (ERR)
: indicates the error of communication module. It is off during normal operation. It
flickers every 1 second when communication can’t start because of error and 5
LEDs (LES 0(RUN)~LED4(FAULT)) indicates the type of error.
(6) LINK
-
I/F:
as an interface LED, it flickers when Rnet module communicates with PLC CPU.
When HS link is RUN and it is normal operation, it looks like always on.
When HS link is disabled, it flickers every 2 second. This is because PLC CPU
communicates with LINK every 2 second.
☞
If it flickers intermittently, it has the problem. Check the communication module, communication
cable, terminal resistance, connection status, duplicated station no.
①
Is terminal resistance connected normally?
②
Is cable connected firmly?
③
Is shield-wire is connected properly?
④
Is cable and terminal resistance specification proper?
⑤
Is total length of cable less than 750m?
⑥
Is there any duplicated station no.?
