6.8 View ba ery voltage
Press the keys SET and PEAK simultaneously for a few seconds.
P0000
With the arrow-keys, set the password 0055 and confirm with SET key.
3.482
The value in Volt of the ba ery level will be displayed. With a fully charged ba ery
you will have 4.2 V while at low ba ery the value will be below 3.5 V. Press SET to
exit this funcon and to return to the measurement.
6.9 Datalogger management - only for instrument version with data logger funconality
The data logger can store up to 130,000 measurement points (65,000 if also the
temperature is stored) in steps ranging from 1 sec. to 10 hours according to
the parameter
, defined in the Parameters menu. Cycle length is determined
t1
by the parameter
, defined in the Parameters menu.
t2
Data stored during the last Datalogging are permanently saved in nonvolale memory whithin the
instrument, so that the measures will always be accessible unl the creaon of a new cycle of
datalogging.
It is possible to create up to 5 paral cycles inside the datalogger memory. At each command to
start a Datalogger cycle, the operator is asked to select if he wants to start a new datalogger cycle
or to connue a previous one.
Select
to start a new cycle / Select
to connue the cycle.

con1
It is very important any way that all sub-cycle will be created with the same
se ng. In parcular with the same
parameter and the same se ng for the
t1
temperature ton / toff.
For long datalogging cycle it is possible to save the ba ery discharge using the Standby funcon of
the instrument. This funcon is automacally enabled when the acquision me between 2 points
is longer than the AUTO-POWER OFF me.
Example:
AUTO POWER OFF me (Parameter
) = 1 minute
OFFXX
Acquision me (Parameter
)
= 5 minutes
t1
In this condion, between 2 acquision points, the instrument turns off the display and all other
funconality. It wakes up 30 seconds before to toake a point and for the next 5 seconds.
The AUTO-POWER-OFF funcon is not acve during a datalog cycle.
If during a datalog cycle a low ba ery condion is detected, the cycle is stopped.
All points acquired unl that moment are saved in the internal nonvolale memory.
For long datalog cycle, the internal ba ery of the instrument is not sufficient. In
this case it is necessary to keep the instrument power supplied via the USB port.
On request, owners of a
can be given the communicaon protocol for the data
logger funconality, for creang an own soware to read out the logged values.
