BATTERY REPLACEMENT

Visual inspection:

Check the flue inlet openings for coarse dirt, and the detector

for signs of mechanical damage.

Functionality test by pressing the test button:

(Successful functionality test) if you hear a beep - the detector

works correctly!

No beep - the detector is not functional.

In case of accidental triggering, the alarm can be silenced

by pressing the test button. After 10 minutes the detector will

return to normal operation.

We recommend using a lithium battery.

Remove the detector by rotating it anti-clockwise from the

base.

Insert the new battery into the battery compartment.

Put the detector on the base and lock by rotating clockwise.

Carry out a functionality test.
