4. Press Organ three times.
The button will light.
‘1-3’ will be shown in the display, indicating the
Upper section sound has been changed to
Church Organ.
Selecting a different sound for the Lower section of the keyboard
5. Press and hold the Split
button. While holding the
Split button press the
Harpsi/Mallets button
twice. Harpsi/Mallets will
flash.
‘2-3’ will be shown in the display, indicating
that the Lower section sound has been changed
to Vibraphone.
Press other sound buttons in this fashion to assign other sounds to the lower section.
6. Press the

or
p
Value/Balance buttons to
adjust the volume balance
between the Upper and
Lower sections.
The current volume balance between the Upper
and Lower sections will be illustrated in the
display.
• The sum of the Upper and Lower sections volume balances will always total 10 with larger values
producing greater volume.
7. Press the Split button to deactivate the function. The button will turn off.
• When Split is activate, the Lower Octave Shift function can be used to adjust the octave range for
the Lower. See Page 38.
• The influence of the Damper Pedal over the Lower section can also be turned on and off.
