5.5 Faults when importing therapy data
Fault
Cause
Remedy
Therapy data cannot be
imported or opened.
Device is being used in
prismaTSlab (on the same or
another PC).
Close the prismaTSlab application or select
another device for the remote setting.
The state of the therapy
device does not permit an
import:
• Therapy is running
• Device is currently
processing data.
• Device is currently
exporting data.
End the therapy in progress or wait until the
therapy data have been processed or exported.
prismaService service does not
have sufficient rights to save
data in the folder specified for
the saving of therapy data
during the installation.
Ensure that the prismaService service has write
access for the folder specified for the saving of
therapy data during the installation.
A proxy server is being used.
Check the settings of the proxy server

TCP port 2782 is occupied.
Check the firewall settings
.
Check whether TCP port 2782 is being used by
another service or another software.
