Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to Austria
This international limited guarantee is in addition to the statutory warranty of the seller
and any other rights available under mandatory Austrian Law.
Louis Vuitton shall not be liable for any incidental, special, punitive or consequential
damages, except for damages to persons and claims under Austrian Product Liability Law.
The product shall be returned to a Louis Vuitton store (a list of which is available online
at louisvuitton.com).
Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to Belgium
The international limited guarantee set out above is in addition to other rights
and remedies available to you under mandatory Belgian law. In particular,
you may have a right to resort to Louis Vuitton obligations under applicable
Belgian law governing the sale of consumer product, which are not affected
by the terms of this international limited guarantee.
