Functions and adjustments 

5.1

 

Angle adjustment of the different sections 

Increase the angle of the first section by lifting the bench (Figure 7) between 0…25°. The desired angle will be locked 
by releasing the seat. Decrease the angle by loosening the locking lever and choosing the new angle. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The angle on the second seat can be adjusted (Figure 8) between 0…70°. Adjust the seat same way as previously 
mentioned first section. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Please make sure that nothing is between the structure while adjusting the table. 

5.2

 

Lenght adjustment 

The adjustment of the length of the middle section: 

-

 

when pulling the yellow knob (Figure 1, (2)) under the section, you’re able to adjust the length of 
the bemch. 

-

 

Release the knob when the length is appropriate  

 

Make sure that the bench is properly locked. 

5.3

 

Neck support (accessory) 

A neck support is available as an accessory for Lojer 3-section bench. It support the patient’s head and neck during 
exercise. Keep the neck support on the side of the bench (the pad outward) when the support is not used.
