Mount the wheel axle on the rails.
Note the longitudinal position of
the wheel axle mounts on the rail
during assembly.
Lock the fittings during transport
using the flange bolts.
Mount the fittings for the sawhead’s lock-
ing mechanism on the main posts. Note that
on the exhaust side of the sawhead, a spacer
must be mounted between the locking plate
and the main post.
Mount the fittings for the sawhead’s locking
mechanism on the bottom plate of the respective
main posts. Be careful when releasing the bolted
joints as it is easy for the bolt/screw to fall out
through the underside of the pipe. Use the existing
nuts from the sawmill.
