: This Cal. Step 3 is necessary if you want to use another staining dye for your specific purpose.
For normal counting, it is not necessary so that you can press the “Skip” button.
3) If you want to execute the “Custom Staining”, prepare a slide containing a special staining dye
solution (for example, 0.1% Trypan Blue Stain) and insert it into the slide port.
