– Reanalyzing Saved Count Results
The LUN
A™ Automated Cell Counter provides an easy-to-use re-analysis function using the previous
count results saved in the USB drive for further analysis or review.
4.1 Importing Previous Counts
4.1.1 Insert the USB drive containing the images (TIF format) into the USB port of the instrument.
4.1.2
Press the “Review” menu located at the top of the screen. A list of files on the USB drive is
displayed on the left side of the screen as shown below.

Note
: In the USB drive, there will be 2 types of image files, [RAW] and [TAG]. To re-count, only the
[RAW] image file must be selected. The [TAG] image file is only for review of the counting data.
4.2 Recounting
4.2.1 To recount, press
the “Count again” button. Then, a new counting data will come up on the
screen.
Note
: To apply a different counting parameter set, a new counting protocol must be loaded
beforehand, which is explained in Section 4.4.
