3.0 How to operate the Multi drum turner

Clamp slightly around the drum, and lower the gripping arms (9), until the locking 

plate (12) locks at the edge of the drum.

Close the gripping arms (9) to fully and safely clamp the drum.

The top lock (11) is adjusted to the top of the drum and is tightened.
