Troubleshooting USB

If the DSG is not being recognized by the sound trap software try the following:

1) Reinstall Drivers: This is the first thing to try.

2) USB Selective Suspend

3) Try resetting the USB Port in your Device Manager.

4) Your USB driver may be corrupted. Go to your computer manufacturer

site, manually download the latest USB Drivers for your model and reinstall them.
This may require a reboot.
