Grain Bag Unloader OM

Installing Grain Bag Unloader to the
Tractor (Cont’d)

Install the pressure and the return hydraulic hoses into
the tractor’s hydraulic connectors at the rear of the
tractor .

NOTE:

The tractor’s hydraulic connectors must have
the detent feature, so the tractor can be placed
in detent mode to have continuous hydraulic
flow to the unloader. Check the tractor operation
and maintenance manual for specific hydraulic
connector information.

NOTE:

If your tractor is equipped with Flow Control,
adjust the hydraulic flow to 6-10 GPM (23-38
Liters per min.).

Install the 7-pin electrical harness to the tractor’s
electrical connector .

NOTE:

If your tractor is not equipped with a 7-Pin
electrical connector, an adapter or special wiring
may be needed.

Secure the electrical harness and all hydraulic hoses up
and away from the PTO driveline area .

Converting Valve to Open-Center System

The control valve is shipped to accommodate closed-
center hydraulic systems . To convert the valve to an
open-center system, follow the instructions in this sub-
section . See your tractor operation and maintenance
manual for specifications of your tractor .

Locate and disconnect the swivel coupler (1) from the
valve fitting (2) . Then remove the valve fitting (2) .
