Transferring phone number to the phone book
The phone number entered when dialling can be transferred to a
phone book before dialling.
1.
Press the
MENU
key, select the menu item
Trans. to
TelB
with
and confirm with
OK
.
You are prompted to enter a name.

Enter the name with the numeric keys (according to the char-
acter table in section 3.2"
Creating a new entry"
) and confirm
with
OK
.
3.
Press the
MENU
key. You can save the entry immediately,
insert a pause, flash or H-flash or first mark as a VIP and then
store in a phone book (see section 3"
Phone
Book").
4.
Terminate the input with
OK
.
You can also create an entry in the phone book during a call with
the same procedure(see section 2.8 "
Notebook function"
).
Copying the phone number to the redialling memory
When dialling with call preparation, you can copy phone numbers
to the redialling memory.
Press the
MENU
key after entering the phone number, select the
menu item
Copy to CRM
with
and confirm with
OK
.
The phone number is transferred to the redialling memory where it
awaits your call (see section 2.3.6 "
Redialling
").
