Transferring the phone number from the caller ID list to the
phone book
You can transfer phone numbers from the caller ID list to the private
or family phone book.
1.
Call the caller ID list. Find the desired caller or the desired
phone number from the caller list with
.
2.
Press the
MENU
function key, select the menu item
Trans.
to TelB
with
and confirm with
OK
.
You are prompted to enter the appropriate name.
3.
Enter the name with the number keys and confirm with
OK
.
4.
Press the
MENU
function key. You can save the entry immedi-
ately or mark the entry first as a VIP. After confirming with
OK
, a menu appears in which you can save the entry in one of
the phone books (section 3"
Phone Book
").
5.
Select the phone book and save the entry with the function
key
OK
.
Clearing an entry from the caller ID list
You can delete a single entry or all entries from the caller ID list.
1.
Call the caller ID list.
2.
Fin the entry to be cleared with
.
3.
Press the
MENU
function key and select the menu item
Clear entry
with
. After confirming with
YES
the
appropriate entry is cleared.
To clear all entries in the caller ID list, select the menu item
Clear all
. Confirm the subsequent security prompt with
YES,
all entries are cleared.
