Air pressure is set to low.

Flow controls on 3-way
valve is shut down.

Blockage downstream of
cartridge pusher.

Move hand lever down to
advance ram.

Insert new product package
into cartridge sleeve.
•
Check incoming air
pressure (min 60 PSI).
•
Open flow controls on 3-
way valve.
•
Check valve, hose, and
needle.
LED indicator does not light.
•
Connection is loose.
•
Reed switch is not properly
located.
•
Indicator is faulty.
•
Tighten plug connector.
•
See low level set-up
instructions.
•
Replace sensor.
