Apply grease
Apply grease to sliding part of Frame
Cap ‘A’.
Clean each part using a wast cloth and brush.
Attach the parts to the Frame Cap ‘A’ by following the sequence of in reverse.

With the Ball Chain attached to the Shutter Lever, push the Shutter Lever into the
mounting hole.

Attach the Shutter Unit and
the Helical torsion spring of
shutter to the Frame Cap ‘A’
as shown left.
Tighten two hex socket bolts in the Tank Joint

Grease grade 1~2.

Apply one drop of grease.

clogged to the Mandrel Shutter.

a hex key wrench (AF 2.5mm).
