Remote opening of the lock
To request the remote opening, the visitor must enter the “*” key followed by the 6-key, then “#” key and
wait (response time approximately 30 seconds).
You will receive a notification from the app to open the lock remotely. The app will ask for a confirmation
to perform this action.
Enter the lock interface, and click on “Temporary password”

You can choose two types of temporary passwords, as shown
below:
• Online password:
recommended for use in an environment
with good Wi Fi signal reception.
• Offline password:
recommended when the Wi Fi signal is
disconnected or when the Wi Fi signal reception is poor.
