WARRANTY CARD
Warranty conditions:
1.
LIW Care Technology Sp. z o.o. (ul. Golfowa 7, 94-406 Łódź), the manufacturer of rehabilitation devices guarantees that it sells technically efficient devices,
free from any construction, assembly or material defects, or any other defects and that the device shall remain free from these defects throughout the
warranty period. The warranty does not cover the provision of usefulness of the product as far as the requirements of the purchaser are concerned.
2.
LIW Care Technology Sp. z o.o. provides a two-year warranty for its products of the date of the first purchase.
3.
This Warranty Card submitted by the seller to the purchaser stands as the only proof for providing the warranty. In order to transfer the warranty rights from
the warranty requires transferring the possession of the warranty card.
4.
In case when any defects or damages of the device should be observed during the warranty period, such defects or damages shall be removed free of
charge. In case when it shall be necessary to exchange a part of the product, the damaged part becomes a possession of LIW Care Technology Sp. z o.o. and
it shall not be returned to the warranty beneficiary.
5.
The warranty beneficiary shall be obliged to report the physical defect of the device observed during the warranty period by means of a form available on
the www.liwcare.pl website, after previously logging on the site in the "CUSTOMER area", or by means of a letter sent to the address of the LIW Care
Technology Sp. z o.o. company or by a telephone, at 0-42 212-35-18.
6.
After reporting the defect, the warranty beneficiary shall be obliged to ship the device along with its warranty card and a purchase document (VAT invoice or
receipt) at the expense of the manufacturer to the address of the manufacturer's headquarters. In case when it is impossible to provide the purchase
document, the production date shall be assumed as the date of the first purchase (the beginning of the warranty period).
7.
The device shipped to the service department should have a clean upholstery, and when it [roves impossible to clean the upholstery, the upholstery should
be removed. In case when the submitted device is dirty, the manufacture has the right to refuse to repair the device.
8.
The warranty does not cover the following:
worn elements and part, which are worn or damaged due to improper use of the product (including, but not limited to, the result of using the
device not in accordance with the submitted user manual or under inappropriate conditions) or improper storage of the product,
damages caused by modifications, regulations, adjustment and construction changes made by the user of the product or by a third party,
damages caused by inappropriate cleaning or maintenance of the device performed by the user of the product or by a third party,
damages caused by normal wear and tear of the product or standard ageing of the product,
damages caused by negligence on the side of the user of the product (including, but not limited to cleaning and maintenance of the product),
damages caused by force majeure,
damages related with external factors (mechanical damage, contaminations, including flooding).
9.
The warranty and conditions listed in the warranty are in force solely within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
10.
The warranty shall not cover regulation and adjustment performed within the warranty period, as these do not constitute any defects of the product.
11.
A formal pre-condition for benefiting from the warranty is shipping the product in its original package to the manufacturer - the original packaging of the
product is the best suited packaging to do so. In case when the warranty beneficiary shall not be able to supply the product in its original package, the
package of the product must meet the following minimal requirements: stiff box with untouched walls, all elements need to be secured individually, apply
proper impact-neutralising material, using a strong tape for packing shipments, proper indication of the shipper's address and the address of LIW Care
Technology Sp. z o.o. LIW Care Technology Sp. z o.o. shall not be held responsible and shall not provide warranty for damages of the product, which occurred
due to it being transported in a non-original packaging.
12.
If possible, the warranty repair or warranty replacement shall be executed within 30 days of the proper submission of the product by the warranty
beneficiary to LIW Care Technology Sp. z o.o.
13.
After the warranty repair, the product shall be shipped at the expense of LIW Care Technology Sp. z o.o. to the address of the warranty beneficiary. In case
when the repaired product shall not be collected by the warranty beneficiary, the warranty beneficiary shall be obliged to cover all related expenses incurred
by LIW Care Technology Sp. z o.o., including the cost of storing and shipping the product.
14.
The fact that LIW Care Technology Sp. z o.o. provides the quality warranty for the product does not pose any influence on any other possible entitlements of
the purchaser.
