SECTION 5: CARE & MAINTENANCE

This helpful troubleshooting guide will provide you with information about how to recognize a 

problem with your product, determine possible causes, and find a solution. 
In the event your specific situation is not covered in this guide, please contact Living Earth Crafts 

so our technical support department can assist you. Beyond the troubleshooting guide below, do 

not attempt to repair the table yourself. This can void your warranty. 
Unauthorized service will not be covered. Please be sure to contact Living Earth Crafts Customer 
Service first at (800) 358-8292, (760) 597-2155 Int’l.

Troubleshooting

Issue

Solution

Nothing on chair 

is turning on or 

working

1.  Ensure the chair is plugged into a grounded and dedicated outlet.
2.  If using a dimmer switch, ensure it is turned to full power.
3.  Ensure the outlet in your room is receiving power. This can be done 

by plugging in a small appliance and turning it on.

4.  Check the fuse or circuit breaker for blown fuse or tripped breaker.
5.  Ensure the controls are securely plugged into the junction box    

(Junction box is located under the knee/leg cushion - see page 12 for 

instructions on how to remove cushion.) 

Table does not 

operate in 

accordance with 

hand control

1.  Ensure the controls are securely plugged into the junction box. 

(Junction box is located under the knee/leg cushion - see page 12 for 

instructions on how to remove cushion.) 

LED Lights are 

not working

1.  Follow steps above to ensure chair is receiving power.
2.  Ensure the remote control is pointing directly at the receiver, located 

next to the master switch.

3.  Ensure all lighting cables are properly engaged at 3-way connector 

and individual connectors. (Connectors are located under the 

knee/leg cushion - see page 12 for instructions on how to remove 

cushion.)

LED lights show 

only one color

1.  Ensure all lighting cables are properly engaged at 3-way connector. 

Each prong is responsible for a designated color. (Connectors are 

located under the knee/leg cushion - see page 12 for instructions on 

how to remove cushion.)
