Ensure the Steam Iron is switched off and unplugged from the power outlet. Allow for the
Steam Iron to cool down completely before cleaning.
1. Place the Steam Iron in an upright position, once the Steam Iron has completely cooled
down, empty the water tank.
2. Wipe the outer surface with a soft damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
3. Remove the spots of burnt fabric from the non-stick soleplate. To do this, set the Steam
Iron to the hot heat setting (
) and iron over a damp piece of cotton or linen cloth.
Ensure you handle with care and do not scratch the non-stick soleplate.

minute whilst gently moving the Steam Iron back and forth over a basin.

the basin.

knob to no steam.
7. Unplug the Steam Iron and allow for it to cool down completely.
