Section 3: Using the bili-hut™
Environment High Temperature Warning turns on.
REMOVE YOUR BABY:
1. DO NOT turn off the bili-hut™ .
2. Gently slide the nest out of the assembled hut .
3.
Carefully lift your baby out of the
nest
and place in a
safe location. Remove your baby’s eye protection.
TROUBLESHOOT:
First:
• Turn off and/or move any heat sources such as
radiators, heating vents, or space heaters. Relocate
the bili-hut™ away from heat sources if necessary.
In addition, you can:
• Ensure the
bili-hut™
is not in direct sunlight.
• Lower the ambient temperature of the room.
• Move the bili-hut™ to a cooler, safe location.
RESUME TREATMENT:
The yellow indicator light turns off
and the blue treatment lights turn
back on.
Place eye protection over your
baby’s eyes. Place your baby in
the nest and gently slide the nest
into the assembled hut until the
nest touches the bumper at the
foot-end of the base mattress .
Wait for the blue treatment lights to turn back on. This may
take a few minutes. The bili-hut™ must be left on during
this time to see when the Environment High Temperature
Warning automatically turns off.
If the blue treatment
lights remain off for
>1 hour and you
completed all possible
troubleshooting items
as listed above,

NOTE: Record interruptions to treatment on
the bili-hut™ Home Record Sheet when the
Environment High Temperature Warning occurs.
