Level Sensor Wiring
Connect the wires from the level sensor to the terminal strip inside the control panel.
• Do not install sensor cables in conduits with main power or pump cables.
• The Preset Level Sensor and Auxiliary Contact wires are low voltage class 2 wires.
• Do not mix high and low voltage circuits in the same junction box.
If splicing the sensor cable is required:
• Consult the factory for any splicing longer than 100 feet.
• Use liquid-tight junction boxes and appropriate liquid-tight conductors and/or conduit.
• For level sensor splice, 3 pair-twisted is recommended.
Level sensor wire connections in the control panel:
1. Green: Off Probe
2. Yellow: Start Probe
3. Red: Alarm Probe
4. White: Float
5. Black: Float
6. Shield (Ground)

Battery Backup Installation
1. Remove the cover.
2. Install a 9 VDC battery.
3. Press
Alarm Test
to ensure that the alarm sounds and the battery
backup system is working.
4. If not using auxiliary contacts for an existing alarm security sys
-
tem, reinstall the access cover.
Mounting the Alarm Panel
• Mount the alarm panel within 5 feet of an electrical outlet using two
8 x 1-1/4-inch self-tapping screws (not included).
• Make sure the outlet is on a separate circuit breaker from any other device.
• Use a #8 plastic anchor if mounting to sheet rock.
