Using the WaLL LayOUT DIagRaM sheet. Locate the
2x4 studs for the wall section and layout as shown.

To create the interior wall, fasten the 2x4 studs with 3”
nails, in between the 2x4 top & bottom plates

Next locate the Smartside Siding. Place the siding on
top of the 2x4 studs as shown, making sure the top, and
sides, are flush. Secure it with 2” nails.
10.
Always fasten the top first and keep flush with the
2x4 top plate.
11.
Continue installing Smartside siding. There will be a
3” skirt at the bottom.
12.
Next install 7/16 OSB top plate as shown.
