Your hob is easy to clean. Here are a few hints :

Avoid shocks when handling the pans.
The glass surface is very strong, however it is not
unbreakable.
Avoid rubbing the pans over the surface of the
appliance.
This may cause to damage to the printing on the
vitroceramic hob over time.
Avoid using pans with rough or uneven bases:

to the surface.
Centre your pan on the induction cooking zone.
D o n o t l e a v e a n e m p t y p a n o n t h e i n d u c t i o n
zone.
All such faults that do not result in the
non-functioning of the appliance or a
situation where use of the appliance is no
longer possible are not covered by the
guarantee.
Do not leave metal cooking utensils, lids,
knives or any other metal objects on the induction
cooking zone.
These objects are liable to heat up if they remain
too close to the magnetic field generated by the
induction cooking zone.
Do not heat an unopened tin can, as it might
burst.
Do not pre-heat foodstuffs on the highest power
setting if you are using a pan with an anti-stick
coating (of the teflon type)
without or with a tiny amount of cooking fat or oil.
Use maximum power (2.5KW) only for boiling
or deep-frying.
The zone to be cleaned should be well soaked with hot
water. Used a special glass scaper to remove the main
soilling, finishing with the rough sidfe of a kitchen cleaning
sponge, then wipe.
Apply hot white wine vinegar to the dirt, leave it to work,
then wipe with a soft cloth -
Use a commercially available product.
Apply a product that is specialy-made for vitroceramic
glass surfaces, preferably one that contains silicone
( protective effect)
