The wash cycle produces unsatisfactory
results.
The laundry is too soiled for the
selected program.
Use the program table to choose the best
program for the laundry.
Not enough washing product was used.
Use the recommended quantity of washing
product shown on the packaging.
The drum is overloaded.
Check that the maximum capacity for the
selected program has not been exceeded.
The wash cycle produces unsatisfactory
results.
Hard water.
Increase the amount of washing product,
according to the manufacturer's instructions.
The laundry is too tightly packed in
the drum.
Make sure that the laundry is evenly distributed.
As soon as water is being supplied to the
machine, leaks may occur.
The end of the drain hose is too low in
relation to the machine.
Make sure that the drain hose is fitted at the
right height.(**)
There is no water visible in the drum
during washing.
This is not a fault. The water is located
in a part of the drum that is out of sight.

There are washing powder residues on
the laundry.
Particles of washing powder, that have
not properly dissolved, may appear as
white spots on the laundry.
Perform an extra rinse or clean the laundry with a
brush after drying.
There are grey spots on the laundry.
There are untreated oil, cream or
ointment marks on the laundry.
Use the recommended quantity of washing
product shown on the packaging during the
next wash.
The spin cycle doesn't work or starts
later than expected.
There is no fault. The unbalance
detection system has been activated.
The unbalance detection system will attempt
to distribute the laundry evenly. The spin cycle
will start when the laundry has been properly
distributed. During the next wash, load the
laundry evenly.
