All repairs to the machine must be performed by an authorised maintenance service.
If your machine needs a repair and you are unable to resolve the issue with the
information provided below, then you should:
•
Unplug the machine from the mains power.
•
Shut off the water supply.

The machine doesn't start.
The machine is not plugged in.
Plug in the machine.
The fuses are faulty.
Replace the fuses.
No mains power.
Check the mains power.
The Start/Pause button has not been
activated.
Press the Start/Pause button.
Program selector in "Off" position.
Set the program selector to the cycle you want.
The machine door is not completely
closed.
Close the machine door.
The machine doesn't draw water.
The tap is closed.
Open the tap.
The water inlet hose may be bent.
Check the water inlet hose and straighten it.
The water inlet hose is blocked.
Clean the filters in the water inlet hose.(*)
The water inlet valve filter is clogged.
Clean the filters of the water inlet valve.(*)
The machine door is not completely
closed.
Close the machine door.
There is no water being supplied to the
machine.
The drain hose is clogged or twisted.
Check the drain hose, and clean or straighten it.
The drain pump filter is clogged.
Clean the drain pump filter.(*)
The laundry is too tightly packed in
the drum.
Distribute the laundry evenly inside the machine.
The machine vibrates.
The feet have not been adjusted.
Adjust the feet.(**)
The transit bolts have not been
removed.
Remove the transit bolts on the machine.(**)
Minimal load in the drum.
This will not prevent the machine from running.
The machine is overloaded or the
laundry is not distributed evenly.
Do not overload the drum. Distribute the laundry
evenly in the drum.
The machine is located on a hard
surface.
Do not put the washing machine on a hard
surface.
There is too much foam in the dispenser
drawer.
Too much washing product has been
used.
Press the Start/Pause button. To stop the foam
from forming, dilute a tablespoon of fabric
softener in 1/2 L of water, and pour it into the
dispenser drawer. Wait 5 to 10 minutes, and
press the Start/Pause button.
The wrong washing product was used.
Use washing machine washing products only.
