Troubleshooting table
The combustion motor must be turned off before any maintenance or repair work!
Measures must be taken, so that an accidental start-up by others is not possible!
Maintenance and service works may only be carried out by qualified personnel!

Low cutting performance
Saw blade is dull
Replace saw blade
too little cooling water
Clean the water sieve or rinse the water
supply with pressure max. 5 bar
Motor does not perform the full power
Refer to the operating manual of the
combustion motor
Incorrect saw blade direction of rotation
Check saw blade direction of rotation
Floor saw does not start
Fuel tank empty
Refill fuel
Fuel filter contaminated
Remove and clean fuel filter
Battery voltage too weak
Check batter voltage and charge if
necessary
Control lever direction of movement in
wrong position
Put control lever direction of movement in
centre position
Saw blade does not immerse
Throttle valve closed
Open throttle valve and lower again
NOTICE
Check the following points if you experience cutting problems:
Saw blade dull or defective?
Too little water to cool the saw blade?
Saw blade selection correct?
Full power or rotation speed from the motor?
