Saw blade installation 

 

 

 

WARNING 

Removing and opening the blade guard 

Severe injury from rotating saw blade. 

 

Never open the blade guard or touch the rotating saw blade 

 

Saw blade may only be changed with the saw blade at a standstill and the machine disconnected 
from mains. 

 

 

 

 

 

•

 

Solve hexagonal nuts on the saw blade guard with the wrench 

•

 

Remove front cover plate (Item 1) of the saw blade guard 

•

 

Remove flange nut (left hand thread!) with the wrench and Allen key 

•

 

Put flange and pressure plate aside 

 

 

Observe the following when inserting the saw blade: 

•

 

All flange areas must be clean. 

•

 

Rotational direction arrows on the saw blade and the blade guard (Item 1) must match. 

•

 

Only use diamond saw blades intended by the manufacturer. 

 

 

 

•

 

Insert the saw blade 

•

 

Replace thrust washer and tighten the flange nut (left hand thread!) 

•

 

Mount front cover plate of the blade guard with the hexagonal nuts (Item 1)
