With the grill cover (Fig. 3) removed, remove the rubber foam gasket from the top of the speaker (Fig. 4).

5. 

There is a small tab (Fig. 4) in each corner of the open cavity that the actual speaker sets in.  Remove 

the speaker and determine if there is enough slack in the wires to pull the speaker out far enough 

to disconnect it from the main harness. If there is enough slack, remove the speaker and go to the 

Installation section.

 

If unable to disconnect the speaker wires from the main harness go to step 6.
