Flame stabilisation phase
In this phase the feed screw loads the pellets at a predefined speed. When the flue gas
temperature exceeds 50°C, the stove enters flame stabilisation mode. In the flame
stabilisation phase, the flue gas exhaust fan works at the set speed, and the temperature
remains stable for a certain time, after which it goes into
“
OPERATING
”
mode.
Normal operation
The board features an input for an external thermostat. The stove will operate depending on
the external thermostat and room thermostat settings and the room temperature measured:
T room
: room temperature measured by the probe
T setRoom : room temperature set on the external thermostat
T setTherm : room temperature set for the SET ROOM TEMP parameter
External thermostat closed (Troom > TsetTherm): The message
“
ton
”
is shown on the display
and the stove operates at the set output level, until the thermostat contact opens.
External thermostat open (Troom > TsetTherm): The stove operates at the set output level
until reaching TsetTherm (Troom < TsetTherm), after which it switches to economy mode.
Modulating operation will begin if the room temperature reaches the
“
SET TEMPERATURE
”
value. During this phase, the feed screw and the flue gas exhaust and heat exchanger fans
work at minimum speed, and the message
“
MODULATION
”
is shown on the display.
