DESCRIPTION WELD BOOTH
General Description
After reading this document, the installer will be able to assemble
different weld booth configurations and to install curtains on the
weld booths.
Weld booths and curtains come in three standard sizes: 4 ft, 5 ft
and 6 ft. Custom size booths and curtains are also available.
There are three different weld booth configurations:
• Single booths
• Booths assembled side-by-side in a row
• Booths assembled back-to-back
This installation manual covers assembly details on all three
configurations.

WelD Booths
Weld Booth Panels are shipped in a protected crate as shown in
Fig. A.1.
Crate dimensions are 98”L x 30”W x 36”H. Each crate can have
up to 14 panels and 12 posts.
Assembly hardware is included. It comes in a box and it is
packaged with the panels and posts.
Posts weigh ~20 lbs/post.
4 ft Panels weigh ~ 70 lbs/panel.
5 ft Panels weigh ~ 95 lbs/panel.
6 ft Panels weigh ~123 lbs/panel.

WelD curtains
Curtains are shipped on a pallet that is sized based on the quantity
and method of shipping.
The curtain mounting brackets are shipped in a separate
container.
The mounting hardware is either shipped inside the mounting
bracket containers or in a separate box dedicated to the mounting
hardware.
Curtain strips are supplied on a roll and packaged individually.
Each box weighs 20 lbs. The total number of boxes is determined
by the quantity of curtains ordered. Occasionally, rolls are
shipped four (4) to a box.
Fig. A.2 is an example of how curtains are palletized. They are
securely packaged by Lincoln Electric to protect all items during
shipment.
