Export Configuration
ApexZ can export it’s configuration to a file on a USB key. This configuration file can be saved as a
backup or it can be Imported onto another ApexZ instrument (see Import Configuration).
Export Configuration
Press the Export button to display
the Export Configuration screen.
Confirm Export Configuration
Press the green check box to export
the ApexZ’s configuration to the USB stick.
Or press the red x box to cancel the Export.

Note
:
Exported configuration files will be named:
config_YYMMDD_HHMMSS_SERIALNUMBER.json or
Config_YYMMDD_HHMMSS_InstrumentName.json
(if the unit has been assigned an Instrument Name)
HHMMSS will be in UTC, not local time.

Note:
If no USB is connected Export,
Import and Update are disabled.
Note:
All locations, rooms, recipes,
user settings will be saved to the
configuration file.
