Insert the 21 3/4” Axle (AH) through the bottom hole in the pole, 

the Bottom Pole Plug (LL), the Chain (LE), the other side of the 

pole cap and pole. Insert the 7” Axle (LJ) into the pole.

Slide the Pole into the notch in the Base and fit the 21 3/4 Axle  

(AH) into the groove at the bottom of the Base. Rotate the Pole 

up into place until the 7” Axle (LJ) fits into the groove at the top of 

the Base.
