When the

symbol appears on the display,
touch the drop of blood to the TOP WHITE
EDGE of the test strip.
Do not push your
finger against the test strip. Hold the blood
drop to the TOP WHITE EDGE of the test strip
until blood has completely filled the
confirmation window (see illustrations).
(If you do not apply a blood sample within
two minutes, the meter will turn itself off. You
must remove the test strip and insert it back
into the meter to restart the test procedure.)
Your blood glucose test result will appear
after the meter counts down from “
D
” to “
A
”.
Blood glucose test results are automatically
stored in the meter memory. Turn the meter
off by removing the test strip.
