INSERT THE UPPER
POST/HANDLEBARS
1. Gather the handlebar post
(C)
and the
height-adjustment knob
(F)
.
2. Slide the handlebar post into the lower
post. Make sure the screw holes are facing
the same side. See
Figure 3
.
3. Align the screw holes in the posts at the
desired handlebar height and screw the
knob in clockwise to fully tighten it.
NOTE:
To adjust the handlebar height, simply
loosen (but do not remove) the knob and pull
the knob head out to slide the handlebar post
up and down.

ATTACH THE TWO
RESISTANCE BANDS
1. Locate the two resistance bands.
2. Tip the front edge of the machine up
slightly and locate the two short metal bars
on the underside.
3. Rotate the two bars so they extend past
the edge of the machine. See
Figure 4
.
4. Clip a resistance band to the hole in each of
the bars.
INSTALL BATTERIES
IN THE REMOTE CONTROL
1. Remove the back of the remote control.
2. Insert two AAA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment.
NOTE:
Install the batteries according to the polarity markings on the
inside of the battery compartment.

CONNECT THE VIBRATION
PLATE TO POWER
1. Insert the power cord
firmly into the power
jack on the front edge of the TrimLite.
NOTE:
Press forcefully until you feel a click,
which indicates that the cord is securely
connected. The power cord fits tightly so it will
not loosen during use.
2. Plug the power cord into a standard wall
outlet.
3. Flip the power switch on the front of the
TrimLite to the ON position to power on the
machine.
4. Press the On/Off button on the remote control to turn on the control
panel on to standby mode.
